Forget Me Not Rescue of Kern & Christmas For Seniors of Kern County are holding an opportunity drawing to support our community’s Seniors in need and Forget Me Not Rescue of Kern’s Pet Partner Program. The program matches homebound, isolated seniors in the community with shelter dogs and cats from Kern County shelters that have been passed over and have little chance of finding a loving home. These cats and dogs are often the first to end up in the shelter and the last (if lucky enough) to leave. Tickets for the Dinner On The Dogs opportunity drawing are $5 each. All proceeds will go directly to help our Seniors in need and the Pet Partner Program. The drawing will be held live on the Christmas For Seniors of Kern County Facebook page on December 20, 2020 at 12:00PM. First place will win $460 in local restaurant gift cards and second place will win $200 in local restaurant gift cards! Help make a difference by purchasing your tickets today!
